Wilton Cheese Factory, Odessa

Ryan Beattie on 13-May-12
I live in Toronto and the family cottage is in the area, as are most of my family. Every visit includes a trip to the Wilton Cheese Factory for a huge block of old cheddar.
I live for this cheese.

Richard and Bev Johnston on 12-May-12
My wife and I had a wonderful dinner today at this restaurant. Very much enjoyed the pickerel and cucmber salad. Our waiter (owner's son?) was delightful.

Donwood, Peterborough

Sally Adams Webber on 08-May-12
The name 'Donwood' predated the church by many years. It was named after two early residents, Stan Wood (a local farmer whose land became the community) and Don Dixon who ran the local gas station, and who contributed much to the early development of the community, including the first rink. I was there when it all happened, and my dad (Fred Adams), along with many community volunteers, was instrumental in the creation of the Donwood Community Centre. Regards, Sally Adams Webber

Lighthouse Cove, Tilbury

Steven Harper on 06-May-12
As a child, my aunt and uncle owned a cabin right next to the light house. On summer weekends my family would visit and my brother and I would pitch a tent to sleep in and stare at the lighthouse at night. Watching the owls and bats fly in and out. Those were some of the best times with my family. We loved the Tilbury area.
